LG G2 And C2 OLED TV Specifications
There are two screen sizes available in the LG G2 OLED TV series—55-inch and 65-inch. The gallery design on both models allows consumers to install the TVs flush to the wall for a seamless view. The LG C2 OLED TV series, on the other hand, comes in six distinct screen sizes—42-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, 77-inch, 83-inch, and 97-inch. Both series include LG’s Evo Technology, which the company claims provides superior clarity and detail.
In comparison to ordinary OLED panels, the G2 and C2 OLED series have “Brightness Booster Max technology”, which makes the G2 series 30 percent brighter and the C2 series 20 percent brighter. The strong processing power of the α9 Gen 5 intelligent processor reportedly makes these TVs the best in the business. The α9 Gen 5 is LG’s most recent OLED TV chipset.
The AI Sound Pro feature on the new OLED TVs upscales the audio to match the delivery of a virtual 7.1.2 sound configuration for audio. LG’s 2022 OLED TVs are powered by webOS 22, the company’s latest Smart TV platform. Personalization options in webOS 22 include configurable user profiles for OTT platforms that offer user-specific content recommendations.
The 2022 OLED TV series also includes game-specific features such as the “Game Optimizer” menu, which allows gamers to rapidly select from a variety of specialized game features and presets. NVIDIA has approved the new TVs as G-SYNC, allowing gamers to use VRR on supported systems.
