When it comes to gaming monitors, AOC is one of the most trusted brands. The gaming industry in India is booming and the company is planning to make the most of it by introducing three new G2 series monitors to attract gamers in the country. The AOC 24G2U/BK, AOC 24G2E5, and AOC G2490VX come with 23.8-inch displays and provide a 144Hz screen refresh rate with a response time of just 1ms.  The monitors also support AMD FreeSync tech along with a smooth backlighting system. 

AOC 24G2U/BK Features, Specifications

The AOC 24G2U/BK is the most expensive and feature-rich of the lot. It sports a 23.8-inch IPS display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms of response time, which comes in handy during intense gaming or while watching sports. Being an IPS panel, it supports wide viewing angles of 178 degrees. The monitor features AMD FreeSync Premium technology and three HDR modes. It also comes with an adjustable stand, which allows you to tilt, swivel, adjust the height or rotate it easily. The AOC 24G2U/BK monitor gets a VGA connector, an HDMI port, and a DisplayPort interface for connectivity.

AOC 24G2E5 Features, Specifications

The AOC 24G2E5 gaming monitor also comes with an IPS panel with a size of 23.8 inches and a 178-degree wide viewing angle. It comes with a 75Hz screen refresh rate and offers a ‘Dial Point’ function for FPS (First Person Shooter) games. The AMD FreeSync tech adjusts the frames for a comfortable viewing experience.  The AOC 24G2E5 offers various filter modes for reading, web browsing, multimedia, and office. You get the usual connectivity ports like a VGA connector, HDMI, and a DisplayPort interface.

AOC G2490VX Features, Specifications

Unlike its two siblings, the AOC G2490VX gets a 23.8-inch VA (Vertical Alignment) panel as opposed to the more advanced IPS displays. However, it doesn’t skimp on the 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. The monitor features Adaptive Sync anti-tearing technology for better eye comfort. The AOC G2490VX also features a VGA connector, an HDMI port, and a DisplayPort interface.

The top dog AOC 24G2U/BK is priced at ₹28,990. The AOC 24G2E5 comes with a price tag of ₹22,990, while the AOC G2490VX retails for ₹21,990. The monitors are available with up to 45 percent discounts on Amazon. They will also be available for purchase via major retail stores.
