Apple iPhone SE 2022 Price In India Hiked; Here’s How Much The Phone Costs Now

The Apple iPhone SE 2022 price in India has been hiked by the Cupertino-based tech giant. The company has increased the price of the device by ₹6,000 for all the storage models. To recall, Apple had launched the Apple iPhone SE 2022 in India for around ₹43,900. Now, following the recent price hike, the Apple iPhone SE 2022 price in India starts at ₹49,900 for the standard 64GB storage model.

On the other hand, the iPhone SE 2022 128GB storage model now costs ₹54,900 instead of ₹48,900. The top-end variant which ships with 256GB of internal storage is now available for ₹64,900. Previously, the 256GB storage model retailed for ₹58,900. The new prices of the iPhone SE 2022 are reflected on Apple’s website. As of now, the exact reason behind this recent price hike isn’t known yet.

Speaking about the specifications, the iPhone SE 2022 comes with a 4.7-inch HD Retina display. The device has 625 nits brightness, a 326PPI pixel density, and a 16:9 aspect ratio panel. Furthermore, the phone has Touch ID and the same design as that of previous iPhone SE models. Powering the handset under the hood is Apple’s in-house A15 Bionic chipset which is accompanied by 4GB of RAM. The phone ships in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage options.

On the software side of things, the iPhone SE 2022 was launched with iOS 15.4 software version. The device is also eligible for the recently released iOS 16 update. When it comes to imaging, the handset features a 12MP single rear-facing camera that has PDAF, OIS support, and a f/1.8 aperture. For selfies and video calls, the handset relies on a 7MP camera. The device also has an IP67 rating for water resistance.
