QuickType first rolled out for iPhone when iOS 8 was released back in 2014. This function is available on the iPad as well. QuickType reviews the first few letters of the word you’re typing, and tries to guess which word you want to enter next. The suggested words will be displayed above the keyboard, and you can simply tap on the one you want to use. This is especially convenient while you’re typing on the Apple Watch’s keyboard, considering that you have to manage with limited screen space.

Additionally, watchOS 9 is including support for six additional languages. The Apple Watch Series 7 keyboard will soon gain support for French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish.
The upcoming watchOS will bring new watch faces, informative sleep insights, an AFib history tool, trainer coaching with Fitness+, and more. It also offers a new Medications experience on Apple Watch and iPhone to manage medications. The update also focuses on security, by backing up Health data to iCloud, which is encrypted in transit and on Apple servers.
