Google unveiled Android 13 last month and later made stable releases available for its Pixel phones. The Find X5 and Find X5 Pro from Oppo are now receiving the Android 13-based ColorOS 13 stable update, making it the first company apart from Google to do so.
The ColorOS 13 update is being rolled out to Find X5 Pro users in select regions including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, France, and Australia. Meanwhile, users in the remaining EU countries and UAE will be receiving the update in the coming weeks.

The new operating system includes a variety of new animations, an enhanced AOD, a Spotify media playback widget, a new design language called “Anamorphic,” and much more. The OxygenOS 13 is currently in the beta stage and is built on the ColorOS 13 platform. You can check out the list of new features baked into the OxygenOS 13 here.
To receive the update, you must have the A.22 software version installed on your Find X5 Pro. To proceed with the upgrade on the vanilla Find X5, it must be on A.18 or A.19. Over 30 other handsets from Oppo will soon receive ColorOS 13.
