Dell had unveiled the XPS 17 thin-and-light laptop in the international markets in May 2020. Now, the laptop has been launched in India. It features high-end specifications and competes with the likes of the Apple MacBook Pro 16-inch, MSI Creator 17, and the Razer Blade Pro 17. The Dell XPS 17 (9700) has a 17-inch screen, and there are options for Full HD+ (1,920×1,200 pixels) non-touch and 4K (3,840×2,160 pixels) touchscreen displays with ultra-thin bezels. The screen features an anti-glare coating, up to 500 nits of brightness, and the 4K panel is certified by VESA as DisplayHDR 400. It has a stereo loudspeaker setup with two 2.5W woofers and two tweeters. Its battery has a capacity of 97WHr and it supports charging via the USB Type-C port.
