Chrome On iOS Gets New Features
If you use an iPhone, you can now set Chrome as your Autofill provider to help you quickly log in to various accounts. When you enter your credentials into a website, Chrome will also warn you in case your username and password have been compromised in a third-party data breach. A notification will then prompt you to change the credentials everywhere.

The latest Chrome version on iOS also adds new “enhanced safe browsing” and Chrome Actions to the app on iPhones and iPads. Enhanced Safe Browsing, when activated on your phone, will send alerts in case you are visiting unsecured websites.
Furthermore, Chrome Actions will help you clear your browsing data or open an incognito tab faster. You will not have to go through the hassle of accessing the three-dot menu to find all these options, but simply type a search term in to the URL bar.
Additionally, Chrome’s built-in tools have been updated to include a language identification model. Google says the new on-device version will help users “accurately figure out the language of the page you’re visiting, and whether it needs to be translated to match your preferences.” Lastly, Google has also tweaked the three-dot menu “to be scannable and to highlight the most important destinations, such as your history, passwords, and settings”.
