Google Chromecast 4K Listed On Flipkart, Price, Features Revealed

Google is now bringing its Chromecast 4K variant to India after a two-year delay. The device has been listed on Flipkart ahead of the possible launch. The Google Chromecast’s pricing and available promotions in India are disclosed in the listing. It will cost ₹6,399, making it the most expensive Chromecast to be released in India to date. In contrast, the Chromecast 3 cost ₹3,499 when it was introduced in India.

Google Chromecast 4K Features

The latest Chromecast model was introduced in 2020. This model increases the output resolution to 4K and adds the new Google TV UI. It can output both Dolby Vision and Atmos to a display that is compatible with both. It includes an advanced new processor and 8GB of internal storage to launch the user interface. The Chromecast 4K sports the company’s new design language and has a remote which was missing on the previous model.

Google will introduce its new 4K-capable Chromecast in India soon. On Flipkart, the device is listed for ₹6,399. Customers can take advantage of a 10 percent discount up to ₹1,500 as part of the launch offer when using a Citibank Credit or Debit Card. Customers who buy the new Chromecast with a Bank of Baroda card will receive the same discount. The exact date of availability of the new Chromecast is unknown and we will update the post as and when the product is officially launched in the country.
