On top of this, some EVs are exhibiting a host of problems which is further casting a shadow over the whole EV movement in India. According to Hero Electric, this initiative opens up the possibility for 4,50,000 customers to engage with the manufacturer through its 750+ dealerships in order to reinforce key aspects of battery care and safety.
