Infinix Hot 12 With 6.82-inch LCD, 6000mAh Battery Launched In India: Specifications, Price

Infinix has added its new Hot 12 smartphone to its budget lineup in India. The highlight of the smartphone is its big 6.82-inch screen and dual-finish rear panel design. The Infinix Hot 12 offers an HD+ LCD, 90Hz refresh rate, MediaTek processor, fingerprint sensor, and a massive 6,000mAh battery, among other features. Let’s have a look at its specifications below.

The Infinix Hot 12 sports a 6.82-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 480nits peak brightness, and about 90% screen-to-body ratio. The handset is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 chipset comprising IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The chipset is built on the 12nm fabrication process. The device is equipped with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage. It can be expanded further up to 1TB via the dedicated microSD card slot. 

The Hot 12 gets a rectangular camera island at the rear comprising a triple camera setup. It comes with a primary 50MP sensor with f/1.6 aperture, accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor, and an AI camera. For selfies and videos, it gets an 8MP front-facing shooter coupled with a dual LED flash. 

Some noteworthy features of the device include dual 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, 3.5mm audio jack, DTS audio, and USB Type-C port, among others. The Hot 12 smartphone packs in a massive 6,000mAh battery under its hood coupled with 18W charging support. The device runs on Android 11 with XOS 10 out of the box.

The Infinix Hot 12 comes at an introductory price of ₹9,499. It will go on sale on Flipkart on August 23, 2022. The handset comes in 7-degree Purple, Turquoise Cyan, Exploratory Blue, and Polar Black colour options.
