Lenovo has launched a new laptop—Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 Pro—in India today. This laptop comes in two different sizes and CPU configurations. The laptop is can be purchased in 11th Gen Intel Core or AMD Ryzen 5000 series CPU options. The IdeaPad Slim 5 Pro packs up to 16GB of DDR4 RAM and 1TB of SSD M.2 PCIe storage. Other features of this laptop include Dolby Atmos audio, dual-array microphones, Wi-Fi 6, and facial recognition.

The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 Pro is priced at ₹77,990. The laptop comes in a Storm Grey colour. It can be purchased in India through Lenovo.com, leading e-commerce portals, and other offline stores.

The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 Pro comes in two different sizes: 14-inch and 16-inch. The 14-inch model has a 2.2K resolution IPS LCD display, while the 16-inch model has an IPS LCD display with WQXGA resolution (2,560 x 1,600 pixels). Both display panels have a 16:10 aspect ratio and 100 percent sRGB colour gamut. The 14-inch IdeaPad Slim 5 Pro variant comes in 11th Gen Intel Core i5, 11th Gen Core i7, and AMD Ryzen 7 5000 series CPU options.

On the other hand, the 16-inch model only comes in AMD Ryzen 7 5000 series and Ryzen 5 5000 series CPU options. The IdeaPad Slim 5 Pro has Intel Iris Xe graphics, integrated AMD Radeon graphics, or Nvidia GeForce graphics variants, depending on the model. Both these laptops have 16GB of DDR4 RAM and up to 1TB of SSD M.2 PCIe storage.

Connectivity features of the laptop include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, USB Type-A ports, USB Type-C ports, an HDMI port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The 14-inch model measures 312.2 x 221 x 17.99mm and weighs 1.38kg. On the other hand, the 16-inch option measures 356 x 251 x 18.4mm and weighs 1.9kg. As for the battery capacity, the 14-inch IdeaPad Slim 5 Pro laptop is powered by a 56.5Whr battery, while the 16-inch model packs a 75Whr battery.

The other features of this laptop include stereo speakers, a 720p webcam with Time-of-Flight (ToF) and IR sensors for Windows Hello login, a proprietary zero-touch login feature, and dual-array microphones. The laptop boots Windows 10 and is upgradable to Windows 11.
