Lenovo Smart Clock Essential With Built-In Alexa Launched In India

Lenovo’s smart home products cater to both ends of the spectrum. The company already has a Smart Clock Essential model with Google Assistant, and now they’ve released a Smart Clock Essential model with Amazon Alexa built-in.

A 4-inch high-contrast LED panel on the face of the clock displays the weather, humidity, and temperature outside. There’s an auto-dim option, as well as several capabilities that can be operated straight from the Alexa app. A 3W speaker is included in the clock for streaming tunes, audiobooks, and podcasts from Amazon Music, Spotify, and other services. Because Alexa is incorporated into the clock, you can use it to set timers, alarms, reminders, and even order products from Amazon.

The new Smart Clock Essential, as the name suggests, is a smart clock with an extra speaker that can replace your bedside clock. The clock has a soft-touch fabric exterior and a design that blends in well with most home decor. It features soft buttons on top for device control and on the back, there is a hardware toggle for microphone mute.

The Lenovo Smart Clock Essential with built-in Alexa comes in two colours–Misty Blue and Clay Red. It is priced at ₹4,999 and is available for purchase on Amazon and Lenovo’s online store.
