The Motorola Moto G62 5G which was launched in India last week will go on sale in the country for the first time today. To recall, the device was first launched in the global market a couple of months ago. However, the Indian variant comes with a different set of specifications than its global counterpart.
The Motorola G62 5G is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 680 processor and 8GB of RAM. The smartphone features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display, 50MP triple-camera setup, and a 16MP selfie camera. The device is loaded with a 5,000mAh battery unit which has 20W TurboCharge fast charging support.

The Motorola Moto G62 5G price in India starts at ₹17,999 for the 6GB RAM model. Meanwhile, the 8GB variant with 128GB of internal storage costs ₹19,999. The device will go on sale today exclusively via Flipkart. As a launch offer, buyers purchasing the device with an HDFC Bank Credit Card Non-EMI transaction can get up to ₹1,500 discount. The phone comes in Frosted Blue and Midnight Gray colour options.

The Motorola Moto G62 5G features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display that has a Full HD+ resolution. The display panel has up to 405 PPI pixel density, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a centered punch hole cutout for the selfie camera. Under the hood, the G62 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 680 SoC. The phone runs Android 12 OS out of the box and packs up to 8GB of RAM.
When it comes to imaging, the device features a triple-camera setup comprising a 50MP sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro camera. The phone relies on a 16MP camera for selfies and video calling.
