After numerous teasers, OnePlus has finally launched the Nord CE 5G in India. The smartphone was launched through a virtual event where the company also unveiled the OnePlus TV U1S. Anyway, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G is placed below the OnePlus Nord, making it the most affordable smartphone from the brand in the Indian market. Although only a couple of thousand bucks cheaper, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G competes with the OnePlus Nord very closely in terms of specifications. With a starting price of Rs 22,999, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G competes directly with the likes of the iQOO Z3 5G and the POCO M3 Pro 5G.
OnePlus Nord CE 5G price in India
OnePlus has launched the Nord CE 5G in India in three configurations. The base variant features 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and it costs Rs 22,999. The middle version packs 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and it has been priced at Rs 24,999. The top of the line version comes with 12GB RAM + 256GB storage and it will set you back by Rs 27,999. You can pre-order the OnePlus Nord CE 5G in India from 11th June at 12:00 PM exclusively from Amazon India and the OnePlus online store. The shipping and the open sale of the smartphone will commence from 16th June.
OnePlus Nord CE 5G specifications
The 6.43-inch display of the OnePlus Nord CE 5G uses AMOLED technology. It features full-HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone has a 64MP primary camera at the rear accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, OnePlus has packed the phone with a 16MP camera at the front.
The OnePlus Nord CE 5G uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor and it runs the Android 11 OS with OxygenOS 11 customization. The 6GB and 8GB RAM versions of the phone have 128GB of storage, whereas, the 12GB RAM variant is mated to 256GB of storage.
You get a 4,500mAh battery in the smartphone and supports 30W charging. The phone has two SIM card slots with support for the 5G network. There is also dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth v5.1, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, and an in-display fingerprint scanner onboard.
