Panasonic has launched the JX and JS series TVs in India. Both of these TV lineups bring a total of 11 new models to the Indian market. The Panasonic JX series is a more advanced range between the two lineups. It has TVs ranging from 43-inches to 65-inches. These TVs have displays with a 4K display, support for HDR content, and the Android TV operating system. The Panasonic JS lineup is the more affordable of the two series. It has TVs ranging from 32-inches to 42-inches. These TVs have displays with HD and full-HD resolution (depending upon the screen size), HDR capabilities, and the Android TV OS. Panasonic JX and Panasonic JS series TVs prices in India
The Panasonic JX series TVs prices in India start from Rs 50,990 and go up to Rs 1,29,990. The Panasonic JS series TVs prices in India start from Rs 25,490 and go up to Rs 43,990. The brand hasn’t revealed any information about when will these TVs go on sale in India and from where can people purchase it. However, we are expecting these new TVs to go on sale in India through the brand’s official online channels which include Amazon and Flipkart, and through its authorised offline retail stores. Panasonic JX series TVs specifications
The Panasonic JX series TVs have an LCD panel with an LED backlight. These TVs have displays with 4K resolution and support HDR10+ as well as Dolby Vision. They feature Hexa Chroma Drive and Wide Color Gamut to enhance the picture quality. There are also 4K upscaling and noise reduction features on board to enhance the sharpness of the content. As for audio, you get two speakers in a stereo setup with a total output power of 20W. There is support for Dolby Atmos and DTS Studio Sound as well. However, it is worth noting that not all TVs have the same feature set.
Moving on to the software, the Panasonic JX850 and JX750 feature the Android TV 10 operating system, whereas, the Panasonic JX660 and Panasonic JX650 come with the Android TV 9 OS. Although the processor model of these TVs is unknown, they come packed with 32GB of internal storage. Pre-loaded applications include Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, and YouTube among others. As for the connectivity options, you get up to three HDMI 2.0 ports, two USB ports, one optical audio out, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
Panasonic JS series TVs specifications
As for the Panasonic JS series TVs, they have an LCD panel with LED backlight, just like the JX lineup models. These TVs are available with HD and full-HD resolution, depending upon the screen size. All the models in the lineup support HDR content. There are two speakers in a stereo setup with a power of 10W each.
All the TVs in this series ship with the Android TV 9 operating system and a slew of streaming applications such as Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube. There is 8GB of storage onboard. Connectivity options include up to three HDMI 1.4 ports, two USB ports, 1 optical audio out, 1 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
