POCO introduced its POCO F4 5G smartphone in India in June this year. It was priced quite competitively at ₹27,999 and was pitted against the likes of the iQOO Neo 6 and the Mi 11x. Now, the smartphone will be offered at more exciting prices during the Flipkart Big Billion Days sale 2022, which is scheduled to start on September 23, 2022. Flipkart has revealed that the POCO F4 5G will be offered for as low as ₹21,999 during the sale.
The POCO F4 5G is available in three storage options in India. Presumably, the base variant with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage will be offered for ₹21,999. The display can reach a peak brightness of 1300 nits and is protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The POCO F4 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 870 processor, which is based on TSMC’s 6nm fabrication process. It is equipped with up to 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
In terms of imaging, the POCO F4 5G comprises a 64MP OmniVision OV64B primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 2MP macro snapper. For selfies and video calling duties, there’s a 20MP sensor housed in the punch-hole camera cutout at the front.
Some other noteworthy features include 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, USB Type-C port, NFC, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, and Dolby Atmos. The handset is powered by a 4,500mAh battery coupled with 67W fast charging support. The device runs on MIUI 13 based on the Android 12 operating system out of the box.
