Razer has debuted the 2022 version of its Razer Blade 15 gaming laptop in the United States. The new Blade 15 is the world’s first laptop to feature an OLED panel with a 240Hz refresh rate. The laptop also features an improved 12th generation Intel Core processor, among other upgrades. The new Razer Blade 15 2022 price in the US is $3,499 (roughly ₹2,67,500). The device will be available for purchase via Razer’s official channels in Q4 2022. The company has not revealed whether the laptop will be available in other markets.

The new Razer Blade 15 2022 is equipped with a sleek design along with the green-LED-backed Razer logo on the top lid. It features a 15.6-inch QHD OLED display with support for a 240Hz refresh rate, which is the world’s first 240 Hz OLED display. Additionally, it has 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage, 1ms response time, and a peak brightness of 400 nits. The 240Hz refresh rate panel makes it a solid option for gamers, while the 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut will attract content creators.

Aside from the OLED panel, the new laptop has a lot in common with the already existing Razer Blade 15. Razer has packed in a vapour-chamber cooling system and a per-key RGB keyboard that can be modified with effects using the Razer Synapse application.

Under the hood, the laptop is powered by an Intel Core i9-12900H CPU with 14 cores and 20 threads paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU which should deliver a smooth and immersive gaming experience. You’ll also receive 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a 1TB SSD. The company has built in an empty M.2 slot for adding extra storage later on.

Ports on the Razer Blade 15 include a Thunderbolt 4 port, a USB-A, an HDMI, and an SD card reader. It also has support for the latest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies. The gaming laptop comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Home.
