Realme will unveil its next-generation premium smartphone—Realme GT 2 Pro—in China on December 9, 2021. The company has confirmed the Realme GT 2 Pro China launch date via its Weibo profile. The Realme GT 2 Pro will be the company’s flagship smartphone for 2022, and it will come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and 12GB of RAM.
Going by the leaked design and specifications of the smartphone, it features a Google Nexus 6P-like design. It is expected to feature a 6.8-inch OLED display and a 50MP triple-camera setup on the rear. It is said that the Realme GT 2 Pro will cost $799 (around ₹59,851). Realme GT 2 Pro Specifications (Expected)
The Realme GT 2 Pro’s renders and specifications were leaked a few days ago, courtesy of 91Mobiles and OnLeaks. The phone will have a Nexus 6P-like rear camera design, featuring a horizontal camera setup and a ceramic back panel. The phone has a 6.8-inch OLED display with WQHD+ resolution and a 120Hz variable refresh rate.
The Chinese smartphone brand has confirmed that the Realme GT 2 Pro will feature the recently–announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. Moreover, the device has up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. We can expect the device to run Android 12 out of the box with Realme UI 3.0.

Moving onto its cameras, it might have a triple-camera setup at the rear. The camera module is rumoured to include a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera. At the front, it might have a 32MP selfie camera. It is said that this upcoming flagship smartphone will offer 125W fast charging.

As far as the pricing goes, the Realme GT 2 Pro price is expected to be somewhere around $799 (around ₹59,851). We also can expect the smartphone to be launched in European and Indian markets early next year.
