Realme has started rolling out the stable Android 13 software update to the Realme GT 2 Pro. As reported by several users on the company’s official community forum, the company has started rolling out the stable Android 13 update to the Realme GT 2 Pro in Europe, India, Taiwan, Russia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Middle East, Latin America, Africa, Turkey, and several other countries.
The new software update for the device brings in all the Android 13 features and some new enhancements and changes which Realme has added in its custom Realme UI 3.0 software.
Realme GT 2 Pro Android 13 Update Released
The Realme GT 2 Pro’s Android 13 update (Via: XDA Developers) adds aquamorphic design theme colours, a new home screen world clock widget and upgrades to Quantum Animation Engine 4.0. It also brings design optimizations for fonts, system icons, and widgets. Furthermore, the update also includes media playback control, markup tools for screenshot editing, and an automatic pixelation feature for chat screenshots. If you haven’t received the new software update yet, make sure that Realme GT 2 Pro unit is running firmware version RMX3301_11_A.21. The update is currently rolling out in a staged manner. According to Realme, the Android 13 update will be randomly pushed out to a total of 5% of users initially. The broader roll-out of the update will commence by the end of November 2022 when the company makes sure that the new build doesn’t contain any critical bugs.
