Motorola had recently launched its foldable smartphone, the Moto RAZR 2022, in the Chinese market. The smartphone comes as a successor to the Moto RAZR 2019 and is expected to make its global debut in the coming days. While we await the global launch of the RAZR 2022, a new leak has popped up, suggesting that the brand is all set to launch a couple of new RAZR models in 2023. Let us take a look at the details.
Motorola To Launch Two New Foldable Smartphones In 2023
According to tipster Evan Blass, Motorola is gearing up to launch two new foldable smartphones registered with the codenames “Juno” and “Venus”. The Juno model is said to feature a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor and a 144Hz refresh rate display. It will most likely be launched as a follow-up device to the RAZR 2022. As for the Venus model, the tipster has not mentioned any details related to the device.

The devices are reportedly codenamed “Bronco” and “Canyon”. The alleged Moto Edge 40 is said to feature a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 or the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The device is expected to arrive with a Full HD+ display, up to 12 GB of RAM, and a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP main camera, a 13MP ultrawide angle camera, and a 2MP depth sensor.
On the other hand, the Moto Edge 40 Pro is reported to come with a 165Hz refresh rate display and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. In terms of imaging, the upcoming Motorola smartphone is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 12MP telephoto lens.
