Vivo has started rolling out the Android 12 stable update for the Vivo X60 Pro handset in India. FunTouchOS 12, based on Android 12, comes with a host of new features including widgets, Nano Music Player, Stickers, Small Window, Multi-Turbo 5.0, and more. The Vivo X60 Pro Android 12 update comes with firmware version PD2059F_EX_A_1.77.17 and the OTA has an update size of about 4.16GBs.

Widgets

Nano Music Player
With just one tap on the home screen, you can enter a new world of music. Your listening experience will not be interrupted by repeatedly switching the sound source, making it incredibly simple and easy to enjoy music.
Stickers
We provide stickers with different features which allows you to change the text and image background and choose from a variety of colors so that you can match and express yourself as you wish. Make stickers as colorful as you like.
Small Windows
Small windows are simple to open. You can drag to resize them and change where they float, making multitasking easier.
System
Added the Unlock to power off feature. You need to unlock the phone to power it off.
Added the feature in which an “approximate location” is given to apps. Apps will only get an approximate location instead of a precise one.
Added the app hibernation feature. If you haven’t used an app for months, it will be denied access to all permissions by the system.
You can head over to Settings -> System update on your handset to check for the update. Alternatively, you can also download the firmware zip. Once it is downloaded, you can navigate to File manager and simply tap on the downloaded zip file to install the update manually. The display is HDR10+ certified and also makes room for the front selfie shooter inside a punch hole notch.
Moving on to the optics, the X60 Pro offers a triple-rear camera setup and an LED flash. The primary sensor on the handset is a 48MP Sony IMX598 sensor with f/1.48 aperture, 5-axis VIS, and Gimbal Stabilization 2.0. Accompanying it is a 13MP ultra-wide-angle shooter with a 120° field of view and f/2.2 aperture. This ultra-wide-angle shooter also doubles as a macro sensor and lets users go as close as 2.5cm to the subject. There is also a 13MP portrait lens with 50mm focal length and 2x optical zoom on the device. For selfies and video calls, it offers a 32MP shooter with an f/2.45 aperture.
Powering the Vivo X60 Pro is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor which is built on a 7nm fabrication process. It comes coupled with Adreno 650 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RA, and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The device is equipped with a 4,200mAh battery and 33W fast charging. It offers a USB Type-C charging port, and an optical in-display fingerprint scanner. The Type-C port also doubles as a headphone jack, since the handset lacks 3.5mm audio port.
