Vivo introduced the Vivo X80 and the Vivo X80 Pro smartphones globally back in May. A GSMArena report claims that Vivo is planning to introduce another device in the X80 series, the Vivo X80 Pro+, in September. The handset is tipped to arrive with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The phone is expected to be positioned above the existing Vivo X80 and the Vivo X80 Pro smartphones. The report further reveals that the upcoming Vivo X80 Pro+ won’t be an upgraded variant of the X80 and the X80 Pro.
Vivo X80 Pro+ Specifications, Features (Expected)
The upcoming Vivo X80 Pro+ could be a premium offering from Vivo in the X80 series and could cost more than the existing Vivo X80 Pro. Moving on to the X80 Pro+ details again, the smartphone is expected to feature a 6.8-inch AMOLED display which might offer 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is tipped to ship with 12GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. It might feature a 50MP GN1 primary sensor, a 48MP Sony IMX598 ultra-wide camera, a 12MP portrait sensor, and an 8MP periscope telephoto camera at the back. The front of the device might include a 32MP sensor. Furthermore, the device is expected to offer up to 120W fast charging support.
