Xiaomi 12T Pro Listed On NBTC Certification Website, Asia Launch Imminent

Xiaomi is reportedly working on launching two new 12T series smartphones—the Xiaomi 12T and the Xiaomi 12T Pro. The vanilla 12T model of the series was recently spotted on the NBTC certification website. Now, the Xiaomi 12T Pro has also been listed by the same certification authority, hinting that the smartphone might soon arrive in the Asian markets.

According to a report by tipster Mukul Sharma, the Xiaomi 12T Pro has been listed on the NBTC certification website with the model number 22081212UG. This means that the smartphone will soon be launched in Asia. Apart from this, the tipster doesn’t mention any other details about the device.

Xiaomi 12T Pro Specifications (Expected)

Based on previous reports, the Xiaomi 12T Pro is said to feature a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. Powering the device will reportedly be the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, which is built on TSMC’s 4nm fabrication process. In terms of software, the Xiaomi 12T Pro is expected to run Android 12-based MIUI 13.

The Xiaomi 12T Pro might come equipped with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. In terms of imaging, the smartphone is said to offer a triple-rear camera setup comprising a 108MP Samsung ISOCELL HM6 sensor, an 8MP Samsung S5K4H7 ultra-wide angle camera, and a 2MP macro sensor. It is also expected to feature a 20MP Sony IMX596 sensor for selfies and video calling.
