Xiaomi has added its Smart Air Fryer to its AIoT list of products in India. Air fryers are gaining popularity owing to their ability to provide crispy, crunchy, and juicy food. The circulating hot air in the air fryers cooks the food evenly with the use of minimum oil. You can cook a variety of food such as french fries, chicken, fish, and a lot more in a healthier way. Xiaomi’s Smart Air Fryer offers a 3.5-litre capacity, 1500W heating power, adjustable temperature up to 200-degrees, 24-hour operation, Google Assistant support, and an OLED display, among other features.

The Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer comes in a white finish as opposed to the black or brushed aluminium finishes of some other air fryers. Its 1500W heating power is touted to build up the temperature in no time and offer a balanced heat distribution. This will help you reduce the cooking time and also your electricity bills. The fryer comes with a 3.5L capacity seven-layer composite frying basket featuring a dual-layer PTFE nonstick coating, which makes it durable and easy to clean.

It features temperature control, which allows you to set it between 40-degrees to 200-degrees. You also get a timing control, which allows for up to 24-hour non-stop cooking. Additionally, you can schedule your cooking for up to 24 hours in advance, usually required for yoghurt fermentation or food dehydration and the likes. 

The Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer boasts of a dual-speed fan which helps in defrosting frozen goods, baking, dried fruits, and also in fermenting vegetables. Its 360-degree air circulation provides evenly cooked food. The fryer is loaded with over 50 smart recipes for beginners as well as custom cooking modes for experienced folks. 

The fryer comes with an OLED display that shows the status of your food. You can also use the voice assistant to perform various functions and also check the status. If you want to check it manually, you can simply pull out the basket to pause it and slide it in again to resume the process.
