After the Apple Watch Series 7 price in India was leaked via Flipkart, Apple has officially announced the pricing of its newest smartwatch for the Indian market. The Cupertino-based tech giant has revealed that the Apple Watch Series 7 will be available for pre-orders starting October 8, 2021, at 5:30 PM. The smartwatch will go on sale in India on October 15, 2021. The Apple Watch Series 7 price in India will start at ₹41,900.

The Apple Watch Series 7 was announced alongside the Apple iPhone 13 series at the California Streaming event last month. The Apple Watch Series 7 comes with a bigger display, thinner bezels, and faster battery charging speed compared to its predecessor, the Apple Watch Series 6.

Apple Watch Series 7 Price In India, Launch Date

The Apple Watch Series 7 price in India is ₹41,900 for the base variant with a 41mm dial and an aluminium case. The variant with a 45mm dial and an aluminium case is priced at ₹44,900 in India. The cellular variant of the Apple Watch Series 7 is priced at ₹50,900 and ₹53,900, respectively, for 41mm and 45mm sizes. The new smartwatch will go on sale in India on October 15, 2021. The wearable will be available for pre-order starting from October 8, 2021.

The Apple Watch Series 7 Stainless Steel variant with a 41mm dial size is priced at ₹69,900, while the 45mm variant costs ₹73,900 in India. Both the Stainless Steel variants have GPS + Cellular support. If you want to purchase the  Milanese Loop, you will have to shell out an additional ₹4,000. The Apple Watch Series 7 Aluminum version comes in five colour variants: Midnight, Starlight, Green, Blue, and (PRODUCT) RED.

Apple has discontinued the Apple Watch Series 6. It is still selling the Apple Watch Series 3 and the Apple Watch SE.

Apple Watch Series 7 Specifications

The Apple Watch Series 7 comes in 41mm and 45mm dial sizes. Its display is slightly bigger and brighter than its predecessor. The smartwatch is equipped with Apple’s S6 chipset that has been developed in-house. Similar to the Apple Watch Series 6, the Watch Series 7 has 1GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The Apple Watch Series 7 has an accelerometer, blood oxygen saturation sensor, ECG, Fall Detection, gyro, heart rate sensor, and sleep tracking.

It also supports Apple Pay and has a U1 chip for UWB (Ultra Wideband) connectivity. It also has IPX6 certification, which lets the smartwatch withstand dust particles and water splashes in a better way than any older Apple Watch. The smartwatch is claimed to last 18 hours of battery life on a single charge. It also charges 33% faster compared to the Apple Watch Series 6.
