Activision has announced Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile, a free-to-play Battle Royale game. The mobile game is set to be released next year, and pre-registration is now open for fans of the game.

The upcoming title will get new weapons and familiar backgrounds. It will also allow up to 120 gamers to play against each other. Designed for mobile devices, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will include exclusive events and content specific to mobile. It will also support new customisation options, keeping the gameplay fresh and exciting.
When the game launches, players will first drop into the Verdansk map, with open battlegrounds and urban areas. Activision promises to introduce the Al Mazrah map later on. Players can collect in-match Cash and use it to purchase upgrades at Buy Stations.
For Call of Duty veterans, the mobile version includes many weapons from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II as well as Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0. Furthermore, players can add friends to the Friends lists and trash-talk with them via chat channels. Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is optimised for mobile gaming, with physics, weapon handling, and animations finetuned for mobile devices.
