The first upgrade is the inclusion of the Dimensity 9000+ flagship processor. To recall, the iQOO Neo 6 featured the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Next, it will feature a new FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display with a flat design. The iQOO Neo 7 will reportedly come with a Samsung AMOLED E5 screen instead of the E4 AMOLED panel found on the iQOO Neo 6.
Furthermore, the iQOO Neo 7 will come equipped with an upgraded Sony IMX766V 50MP main camera with OIS support. Do note that the iQOO Neo 6 has a 64MP primary camera. Lastly, the iQOO Neo 7 will come with support for 120W fast charging when compared to the 80W fast charging support available on its predecessor.
Based on previous reports, the iQOO Neo 7 will borrow most of its specifications from the iQOO 10 5G, which was launched back in July. Hence, the smartphone is expected to house a 6.78-inch AMOLED display, a 16MP selfie camera, a 50MP + 12MP+ 13MP triple camera setup, and a 4,700mAh battery. The smartphone is also expected to arrive with 8GB/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 of internal storage.
