Popular Video Editing App LumaFusion Coming To Android Soon, Starting With Galaxy Tab S8

LumaFusion, one of the best video editing apps on iOS, is all set to debut on Android in the first half of 2022. The company confirmed the launch of the app for the Android platform in Samsung’s press release for the Galaxy Tab S8 series.

LumaFusion, a popular app among iOS users, is finally making its way to the Galaxy Store this year. The beta version of LumaFusion was first announced last year for Android and Chrome OS. However, there was no confirmation on the timeline of the launch. The company has finally confirmed the launch for the first half of 2022.

After the launch, the Android version of LumaFusion will be first available on the Galaxy Store before finally arriving in the Play Store.

LumaFusion for Android will be available for download from the Galaxy Store within the first half of 2022. Exact timing of availability may vary depending on LumaTouch’s readiness. Availability may vary by market. Android OS version 11 or above required. Supported languages for software settings: Chinese Simplified, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Turkish and US English.

The press release further states that the app will only be supported by devices running Android 11 and newer. Presumably, users will be required to purchase the app from the Galaxy Store, as the iOS app is paid too.
