Samsung is reportedly working on launching a new budget foldable smartphone under the Galaxy A-series. While the specifications of the upcoming device remain under the wraps, the pricing details of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A series foldable smartphone have surfaced online. As per the latest report, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A-Series Foldable smartphone could be priced around 1 million won (around ₹60,990). However, in other markets, the device will sell for a higher price ranging from $900 to $1,000 because of the taxes levied.

Considering that fact that the upcoming Galaxy A-Series device is a budget offering by the brand under the foldable segment, the company might cut corners by excluding premium features and just including the core functionalities. It is reported that the smartphone may not feature the Ultra-Thin Glass layer found in other foldable phones of the company.

There is no information available as to what form factor the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A-Series Foldable smartphone is going to adopt. As for the previous foldable devices launched by the brand, the Galaxy Z Fold lineup features a book-like fold and the Galaxy Z Flip series has a clamshell fold. While there are no specifics available on the launch timeline of the smartphone, it is speculated to be introduced in 2024 or 2025.
