Samsung released the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 beta program in mid-September 2021. After rolling out three One 4 beta firmware updates, the South-Korean smartphone maker released the stable One UI 4.0 update to the Galaxy S21 series towards the end of October 2021. Soon after the release of the stable One UI 4.0 update to the S21 lineup, the One UI 4.0 beta program was opened for the Galaxy S20 series. Now, Samsung has opened the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 beta program for the Galaxy S10 series.
The Beta Operations Manager has officially posted the details on the Samsung Members community forum that the company is recruiting beta testers for the One UI 4.0 update on Galaxy S10 series smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy S10 One UI 4.0 Beta Update Released
The One UI 4.0 Beta Program is now open to the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and the Galaxy S10 5G. Samsung has promised to release the One UI 4.0 stable update to the Galaxy S10 and the Galaxy Note 10 lineup in January 2022. Before the release of the stable One UI 4.0 update for the Galaxy S10 and the Galaxy Note 10 series, we can expect the company to release at least three beta updates.

Interested Galaxy S10 series smartphone users who want to beta-test the One UI 4.0 update on their device would need to download the Samsung Member app, sign in using their Samsung ID, and tap the One UI 4.0 Beta Program banner on the homepage of the app. After signing up, users will receive the One UI 4.0 beta update on their device. Before enrolling on the One UI 4.0 beta program, users should keep in mind that beta releases usually have a lot of bugs and some features might not work as well as the stable version.
As mentioned earlier, Samsung has also started the recruitment procedure for the One UI 4.0 beta update for the Galaxy S20 series. The Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and the Galaxy S20 Ultra might receive the stable Android 12 update by the end of this month.
