The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is set to arrive next month, and it is rumoured to feature a 200MP camera. According to the latest rumour, the camera is expected to sport massive improvements in quality, making it the biggest imaging upgrade for the Samsung phone in the last five years.
Tipster Ice Universe claims that the Galaxy S23 Ultra has a high quality camera sensor and is equipped with better image processing algorithms. He adds that in low-light conditions, the S23 can shoot significantly better images and videos than its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy S23.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Rumoured Features
The Samsung Galaxy S23 could feature a 6.1-inch FHD+ sAMOLED with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. It will come equipped with 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of internal storage. Meanwhile, the Ultra will come with 12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB storage.
As for imaging, the Galaxy S23 will feature a triple camera setup. It will include a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 10MP telephoto lens. The handset will sport a 10MP front camera for selfies. On the other hand, the S23 Ultra will get a 200MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, two 10MP telephoto cameras with 3x and 10x zoom, as well as a 40MP selfie camera with OIS.

When it comes to the battery, the Samsung Galaxy S23 will come with a 3,900mAh unit. It will support 25W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will pack a 5,000mAh battery. The smartphone will run Android 13 out of the box with OneUI 5 on top.
