Let us take a look at what the new monikers for the Samsung foldables might sound like.
Samsung Galaxy Foldables To Arrive Without The ‘Z’ Moniker
According to a report by tipster SnoopyTech, Samsung is considering to remove the ‘Z’ moniker from the currently used Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 names for its foldables. Hence, the upcoming models would simply be called the Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 and the Samsung Galaxy Flip 4. There is no information as to why the brand would take such a decision. However, there are rumours suggesting that it could be because the letter ‘Z’ has become a symbol of war for Russia. For those unaware, the moniker ‘Z’ was introduced with the OG Samsung Galaxy Flip smartphone.
