Last week, Xbox announced that it is rolling out a performance indicator on its Windows app, which will let you know if the game performs well on your PC. The company also showed off a variety of upcoming games for the Xbox, PC, and cloud at the Microsoft Xbox Bethesda Games Showcase Event this month. That’s not all, now, Microsoft has announced that Xbox Cloud Gaming will be gaining support for keyboard/mouse input soon.

However, it isn’t available for Xbox Cloud Gaming. Currently, if you want to play games on Xbox Cloud Gaming for PC, you’ll need a controller. Mobile supports touch controls and controllers only. This could be bothersome, as you’ll need to buy a separate controller for gaming.
At XFest 2022, Microsoft talked about keyboard/mouse support, “We’re working on adding it to streaming for PC users. But you can start adding it to your game right now, and your console, keyboard, and mouse users will appreciate it. It will light up in streaming when we finish adding it.”

With keyboard/mouse support on the way, you’ll be able to game using your existing keyboard and mouse. This feature will come as a boon for gamers, as it will do away with the frustration of getting hold of a controller when you just want to stream a game on your PC.
