Apple is updating its iWork suite of applications to the latest version 12.1. The last update was released back in April this year with the software build 12.0. While the last update introduced modern automation to Mac apps with Shortcuts, the latest update brings general improvements and new functions for iPhone, iPad, and Mac users.
iWork is Apple’s proprietary productivity suite that has everything you need to write a report, create a spreadsheet, or craft a presentation. Let us take a closer look at the latest version of iWork suite and find out what it has in store for iPhone, iPad, and Mac users.

Lastly, the Numbers app from the iWork suite did not receive any major updates but a small tweak:
- Improved performance when inserting rows and columns in large tables
Compared to the last software version 12.0, the latest version of iWork suite brings exactly the same features and improvements for both iOS and macOS platforms. Since Apple has just started rolling out the updates, it might take a while for the update to appear on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
