Apple has announced that it will start rolling out stable versions of iOS 15, iPad OS 15, and watchOS 8 on September 20, 2021, to eligible devices. While the company had not revealed the release date for its new operating system versions during its California Streaming event yesterday, the information was included in the press release for the iPhone 13 series. The new software updates will include new features like slightly improved design, SharePlay, improved security, better performance, and more. Indian customers will receive the new software build by Monday night. Speaking about the changes in the iOS 15, Apple has improved Spotlight with new features and refinements. The company also has improved notifications, introduced Focus Mode, improved the Safari web browser, and added Apple Wallet enhancements. Moving onto the compatibility, iOS 15 will be supported by every iPhone and iPod Touch model that currently runs iOS 14. The list includes:

- Apple iPhone 8
- Apple iPhone 8 Plus

As mentioned above, iPadOS 15 will be also available starting from September 20, 2021, as well.
