The listing revealed that the smartphone is powered by an octa-core chipset clocked at 2.2GHz. Now, the Google Play Console listing suggests that it is powered by a mobile processor SM6375, which belongs to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset. It is a mid-range 5G capable chipset and is usually found in devices around the ₹20,000 price point in India. The device will be equipped with up to 8GB of RAM.
The Google Play Console listing of the Edge 30 Neo also contains a frontal image of the upcoming Motorola smartphone. It comes with minimal and uniform bezels surrounding the screen. The handset could feature a pOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display gets a hole-punch camera cutout for the selfie camera.
Motorola has failed miserably at keeping the project under wraps, as some high-resolution renders and colour options of the device were leaked recently. At the rear, it gets a squarish camera island comprising a 64MP primary sensor, the ancillary camera, and an LED flashlight. It gets volume rockers and a power button on the right side of the display. The device comes with a USB Type-C port, a microphone, a speaker grille, and a SIM tray. The Moto Edge 30 Neo is rumoured to pack in a 4,000mAh battery pack with fast charging support. It will run on MyUX OS on top of Android 12 out of the box.
