The device boasts a 6.62-inch E4 AMOLED panel by Samsung and offers Full HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, and HDR10+ support. The display can reach a maximum brightness of 1300 nits and supports a 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut. Furthermore, the display is protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The Realme GT Neo 3T is powered by a Snapdragon 870 chipset, which is built on the 7nm process. It is one of the most top-performing and power-efficient processors in Qualcomm’s stable. The processor also does duty in other devices such as the Mi 11x, iQOO 7, OnePlus 9R, Realme GT Neo 2, and more.
For efficient thermal management and sustained performance, Realme has employed it with a Stainless Steel Vapor Cooling Plus. Additionally, you can make use of its GT Mode 3.0 to extract maximum performance during gaming. The smartphone is equipped with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
Talking about its cameras, the handset features a triple camera setup at the rear comprising a 64MP primary sensor with an f/1.79 aperture, an 8MP ultrawide shooter with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro lens. Sadly, it misses out on OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation) for the primary camera. Selfie and video calling duties are handled by the 16MP front-facing snapper housed in the left-aligned punch-hole camera cutout on the display.
Some notable features include 5G SA/ NSA, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS (L1 + L5), GLONASS, Navic, X-axis haptic motor, in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, Hi-Res Audio, and a USB 2.0 Type-C port, among others. The Realme GT Neo 3T is backed by a 5,000mAh battery coupled with 80W fast charging support. The smartphone runs on Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12 OS out of the box.
